1. Processing Time

General:

Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days, location-dependent.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Wholesale:

Estimated preparation times before shipping are:

- Up to 36 items: approximately 15 days.
- Between 40 and 90 items: approximately 25 days.
- Over 110 items: approximately 35 days.

This timeframe begins once the order is confirmed.

2. Delivery Times

  • Shipping: 2 to 8 business days.
  • Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Fygda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
